We made it through another injection on Friday. They changed it from 4:30 to 9:30 which was nice becuase then we could get it over with and we would still have part of the day. Mark doesn't have a prblem with the injections, but he hates the part afterwards of having to lay flat for five hours. He goes crazy just laying there. He read the newspaper, finished his book, watched some TV and was constantly looking at the time. It is true what they say a "watched pot does not boil" because he would think so much time had passed and it would only be 20 minutes or so. I had to keep convincing him that he had to stay in bed. He was counting down the time and had the exact time of when he would be ably to get up. I was able to get some laundry done so it was good for me because we now have clean clothes! Yay! We didn't do much because once they are allowed to get up they tell us not to leave but to sick around the hotel. Mark didn't care he was just glad he was able to get up and get out of the room. We hung outside by the pool and just talked to everyone out there and enjoyed the evening rain. It's nice because this is what we do most nights, just sit outside by the pool talking to everyone. Yes i know, we have it pretty tough!

We are so grateful for modern medicine and the miracles that are transpiring all over the world. Today we are fasting and our top priority includes both of you. We pray for your guidance and protection and that the doctors and therapists will be inspired to know the best things to do. Yes, we rejoice and thank Heavenly Father for so many blessings. Thanks for the pictures, videos, and updates. WE LOVE YOU! Mom
ReplyDeleteIt's cool you got to take pictures of his injection. I am praying for those little stem cells to find their way into wherever they need to go!
